SIMON VERONEG
Simon, born in Austria, has a background in photography and a deep focus on artistic visual storytelling. His video works, created with
artists like Yael Bartana and
Basma al-Sharif, have been exhibited at MoMA, Tate Modern, the Venice Biennale. His cinematography is part of the permanent collections at MoMA and Centre Pompidou. Simon’s artistry extends to narrative cinema, with his debut as director of photography, Immenhof – The Great Promise (2021), showcasing his unique vision. He has been recognized with nominations for best cinematography at Camerimage and the Manaki Brothers Film Festival.
